That's why the price of industrial lenses also varies from $50 to $2,000. When we choose industrial lenses, the first thing to consider is admoethm, which is an important factor affecting the quality of imaging, and there are six common industrial lens astrical differences:

1, spherical difference: from a point on the spindle to the optical system issued by the monochrome conical beam, after refraction of the optical series, if the original beam of light at different aperture angles of the light, cannot be handed over to the same position on the spindle, so that the ideal image plane on the spindle, the formation of a scattered spot (commonly known as fuzzy circle), then the optical system imaging error is called spherical difference.


2. Comatic aberration: a monochromatic conical beam emitted from an off-axis object point outside the main axis to the optical system. After being refracted by the optical series, if it cannot form a clear point at the ideal image plane, it will be a knot. If a comet spot with a bright tail is formed, the imaging error of this optical system is called coma.

3. Astigmatism: the oblique monochromatic conical beam emitted from an off-axis object point outside the main axis to the optical system, after being refracted by the optical series, cannot form a clear image point, but can only form one If the spot is diffuse, the imaging error of this optical system is called astigmatism.


4, field music: a plane object perpendicular to the spindle formed by the optical system of a clear image, if not in a vertically perpendicular to the spindle of the image plane, and in a spindle as a symmetrical curved surface, that is, the best surface for a surface, then the optical system imaging error is called field. When the image is clearly adjusted to the center of the screen, the image around the screen is blurred; And when the image is zoomed around the screen is clear, the image in the center of the screen begins to blur again.


5, distortion: the subject plane in the spindle outside the straight line, after imaging by the optical system into a curve, then the optical system imaging error is called distortion. Distortion astration only affects the geometry of the image, not the clarity of the image. This is the fundamental difference between distortion and ball difference, hui difference, like scattered, field music.


6. Chromatic aberration: A beam of white light is emitted from a white object to the optical system. After being refracted by the optical system, the light of each color cannot converge on one point, and a colored image spot is formed, which is called chromatic aberration. The cause of chromatic aberration is that the same optical glass has different refractive indexes for light of different wavelengths, the refractive index of short-wave light is large, and the refractive index of long-wave light is small.
